We offer AA 4 Star Bed and breakfast accommodation in our 18th Century listed farmhouse with king sized and family rooms, all en-suite and furnished and equipped to a very high standard. With a guests lounge and separate dining room, you can be sure of a homely atmosphere and comfortable stay. All rooms refurbished this year.
Apple Tree Cottage is also a listed building, and has been sympathetically restored to make the most of its original features. Equipped to the highest standard, it offers a warm welcome to all – an ideal escape to the countryside!
Our central location means we are an ideal base for exploring North Yorkshire, close to York (only 20 minutes drive), and many other attractions including Castle Howard, Flamingoland, and the North Yorkshire Moors. We are easily accessed by road, just a stones throw from the A64, and less than an hour from the M1, M62, M18 and A1.
Breakfast is a speciality here at Woodhouse Farm, with only the best and freshest home grown or local food served. All of which are cooked to order in our farmhouse kitchen. We have a wide variety of choices available, and take great pride in having one of the best breakfasts in the Country – Rated 5 Star by the AA (Nominated for AA Best Breakfast Award 2003/2004) and now in receipt of the special AA Breakfast Award – given in recognition of a very special, high quality breakfast.
