Bed and breakfast accommodation in our 18th Century listed farmhouse consists of king sized  and family rooms, all en-suite and furnished and equipped to a very high standard.  With a guests lounge and separate dining room, you can be sure of a homely atmosphere and comfortable stay.  All rooms refurbished for 2007.

Apple Tree Cottage is also a listed building, and has been sympathetically restored to make the most of its original features.  Equipped to the highest standard, it offers a warm welcome to all - an ideal escape to the countryside!

Our central location means we are an ideal base for exploring North Yorkshire, close to York (only 20 minutes drive), and many other attractions including Castle Howard, Flamingoland, and the North Yorkshire Moors.  We are easily accessed by road, just a stones throw from the A64, and less than an hour from the M1, M62, M18 and A1.
